*At weekends, the hire charge is for all three rooms but the minimum hire is for two hours and for full hours only.

Are you intending to sell/serve alcohol at this event?

Events selling/serving alcohol will require a Liquor Licence. Applications for a Liquor Licence can be made to West Lothian Council by telephoning: 01506 281632. Please allow a minimum of 30 days. Once obtained, please submit this to admin@lvceca.org.uk. NB Please be aware that we require this document prior to the event taking place and failure to provide it in time will result in cancellation of the booking. In this circumstance, no refund of booking fee will be made.

Will any children be present?

Please submit documentation to show your organisation holds a current Disclosure Scotland accreditation to admin@lvceca.org.uk. This submission will be required annually.
